Potato Salad



potato salad recipe




Creamy Potato Salad Recipe



Ingredients:



  • 6 potatoes ( peeled and cubed)
  • spring onion ( sliced thinly)
  • 200 grams bacon, sliced
  • a pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 cup of whole egg mayonaise
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • sea salt and pepper to taste


Method:



  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Fry the bacon until crisp brown.
  4. Combine all the ingredients and stir in the warm potaotes.
  5. Best served chilled.
  6. Enjoy!
