Mango float


mango float recipe


Yummy Mango Float! One of my favorite dessert. 

Ingredients: 

  • 5 pieces ripe mangoes
  • 2 packs thickened cream ( 200 ml each)
  • 1 can  condensed milk
  • graham crackers

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine the thickened cream and condensed milk. Mix well.
  2. Slice the mangoes into thin slices.
  3. In a dish, layer the graham crackers first. Next layer for the mangoes.
  4. Put some cream, repeat every procedure depending how thick you want it to be.
  5. Crushed some graham crackers finely for the topping.
  6. Chill and serve.
