A simply quick and easy recipe of pork adobo with egg.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork belly
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 pcs. bay leaves
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 5 pcs. boiled eggs
- 1 tsp. whole pepper corn
Cooking Method:
- In a bowl, put soy sauce, bay leaves, garlic, whole pepper corn, sugar and marinate pork for at least an hour in it.
- Heat pot and put on the marinated pork with the marinade and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the water and bring to boil. Simmer for one hour to make the meat tender.
- Put vinegar and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the boiled eggs.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Best served with rice.
