Pork Adobo With Eggs

A simply quick and easy recipe of pork adobo with egg.


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg pork belly
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 pcs. bay leaves
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 5 pcs. boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp. whole pepper corn


Cooking Method:

  1. In a bowl, put soy sauce, bay leaves, garlic, whole pepper corn, sugar and marinate pork for at least an hour in it.
  2. Heat pot and put on the marinated pork with the marinade and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add the water and bring to boil. Simmer for one hour to make the meat tender.
  4. Put vinegar and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the boiled eggs.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Best served with rice.
  8. Enjoy!
