Creamy Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 potatoes ( peeled and cubed)
- spring onion ( sliced thinly)
- 200 grams bacon, sliced
- a pinch of garlic powder
- 1 cup of whole egg mayonaise
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain and set aside.
- Fry the bacon until crisp brown.
- Combine all the ingredients and stir in the warm potaotes.
- Best served chilled.
- Enjoy!
