Bread Pudding( Bahug Bahug Recipe)
Ingredients:
- 7 slices bread
- 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
- 400 ml milk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
- Slice bread into smaller pieces and line in a baking dish.
- Drizzle the melted margarine all over.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs then add the milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Mixed well.
- Pour over bread and pressed until bread are soaked.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until top turns brownish but not burnt.
- Enjoy!
