Bread Pudding ( Bahug- Bahug)

Bread Pudding( Bahug Bahug Recipe) 


Ingredients:


  • 7 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:


  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
  2. Slice bread into smaller pieces and line in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the melted margarine all over.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs then add the milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Mixed well.
  5. Pour over bread and  pressed until bread are soaked.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until top turns brownish but not burnt.
  7. Enjoy!
