Creamy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken breast diced fillets
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 200 ml thickened cream
  • 2 teaspoon cornflour ( blend with 2 tbsp water)
  • Fresh parsley
  • pasta of choice

Method:

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add oil, chicken and garlic.
  3. Cook until chicken turns brownish in color.
  4. Pou over cream and cook, stirring oftenfor 5 mins.
  5. Add the cornflour and water blend.
  6. Stir until mixture thickens.
  7. Add the parsley
  8. Serve with cook pasta.
