Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast diced fillets
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 200 ml thickened cream
- 2 teaspoon cornflour ( blend with 2 tbsp water)
- Fresh parsley
- pasta of choice
Method:
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add oil, chicken and garlic.
- Cook until chicken turns brownish in color.
- Pou over cream and cook, stirring oftenfor 5 mins.
- Add the cornflour and water blend.
- Stir until mixture thickens.
- Add the parsley
- Serve with cook pasta.
