Leche Flan Recipe


  • 10  pcs eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 250 ml evaporated milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • flan mold or any shape of mold available


  1. Separate yolk from egg white. Egg yolks will be use.
  2. Beat egg yolks in a bowl.
  3. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  4. Add fresh milk and mix thoroughly. 
  5. Add the vanilla extract.
  6. For Caramel : Bring a small amount of water to boil and add the brown sugar in a medium heat until sugar caramelized.
  7. Pour in the caramelized sugar in the mold. Set aside. Wait for 2 minutes.
  8. Pour the egg yolk mixture.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil.
  10. Steam for about 35 minutes.
  11. After steaming, let it cool down and refrigerate.
  12. Transfer in a plate.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
